Brittany “Boss Britt” Hodge’s career spans over a decade, during which she has excelled as an MC, event host, media personality, and entrepreneur. Her ambition is to become the leading lesbian promoter, franchise club owner, and host of globally recognized podcasts-turned-talk shows. Renowned for her eloquence and knack for crafting unique experiences, Boss Britt is a highly sought-after MC in nightlife, known for her ability to elevate any event.
Boss Britt began her journey into event promotion in Cincinnati around 2009 as a teenager, where she quickly gained a reputation for organizing elaborate parties. Her focus later shifted to delivering high-quality events for the LGBTQ community, a passion that continued to flourish after her move to Atlanta in 2016. There, she established herself as a premier event host and promoter, with her reputation as one of the most vibrant emcees preceding her.
Teaming up with her business partner DJ eXeL, Boss Britt has hosted parties across Toronto, LA, Hollywood, New York, Houston, Miami, Philly, and Arizona, collaborating with major social media influencers and artists. Notable achievements include drawing over 1000 women to Atlanta Black Pride events and Magic City Fest in Miami, featuring performances by Saucy Santana, Chrisean Rock, Blueface, Erica Banks, Sukihana, Dream Doll, and Joseline Hernandez.
in addition to her success in the Southern market with her popular parties and nightlife series, Boss Britt has made a name for herself as a podcast host. The No Homo Show and The Progress Report, the latter recently added to the Revolt TV Podcast Network, showcase her versatile talents and engaging personality.
Beyond her work in nightlife and podcasting, Boss Britt is dedicated to making a positive impact. She founded the nonprofit Today’s Vibes, focusing on mental health awareness in the Black community. She also owns Black Eagle Vision Productions, a production company aimed at telling the stories of individuals within the Black and LGBTQ communities. Boss Britt’s overarching mission is to create safe spaces and use her platform to amplify the voices of those around her.
